SKU 916507398 only partially received

    I bought an "Original Xiaomi Mijia Mi Home Smart Creative Precise Control Induction Cooker with Mijia Pot" (SKU 916507398).

    Order number is 180504001087840868


    But 5 days ago I received the pack and found only the pot. The Mijia Induction Cooker is missing...

    Also the invoce attacched to the pack, referred only to the pot for avalue of 20$ (I payed 56,71$).


    So where is my Induction Cooker???


    I opened a ticket immediately after I opened the pack. Still no response...

    your order was correct, you ordered sku.916507398 which is just the pot alone, if you wanted the cooker and pot that is item sku.916507399

    That is a really poor description from DX!

    The only thing I noticed that its the pot only, is the "Form. Color" selection.

    This is what happens when LAZY DX staff just copy any old rubbish into the items desciption and it will then be the customers fault for not guessing correctly what they're buying.


    A pot does not have a LCD or Digital Timer Control, so why are they even in the specs?

    DX should send this customer the cooker FOC because that description is not for the pot and is very confusing.

    I just noticed the "Form. color" selector. So apparently I bought an expensive Pot called "Original Xiaomi Mijia Mi Home Smart Creative Precise Control Induction Cooker with Mijia Pot" wich is a bit confusing name for a POT.

    What is more confusing is that the paper invoice in the package I received refers only to "Stockpot" for a 20$ value, the online invoice I downloaded from the order page insteas refers to "...Precise Control Induction Cooker with Mijia Pot" for 56,71$ (that is what I payed).

    Look at the description on the page of sku.916507398. The Pot has no LCD, no IH Electromagnetic Heating and no Digital Timer Control of course, is just a metal pot. I bought it based on Title, images and descriptions that are totally misleading. 

    If sending me the cooker for free is not an option, then I'll send back the pot (and I want a refund also for the shipping back) because the object received don't match the description DX wrote.

    I agree that some descriptions including this one can be confusing especially for new customers, if you are not sure, check out all options on page, when you have a low price option ask yourself what the difference in price includes, bottom line, ask DX staff for a mutual solution

    But I'm not new, I buy from DX since years.


    Anyway, Staff replied me "But please check the two websites of the two items we mentioned, they are different, you need to choose 916507399 to buy, our site shows two different sku numbers."

    That is in part true, there are two different sku for Pot and Cooker, but the point is both have same title same image and description, so the page referring to the Pot contains totally wrong informations about what youa are buying.


    Anyway I asked for a RMA and refund

    There's nothing to indicate it's not the cooker itself.



    And why does DX not just fix this Stupid New Forum Interface? I turned off the italics!

    That's brilliant. DX has done it to themselves; they owe you an induction cooker.
