Waiting 5 days after Payment Succeed

    I've been waiting 5 days for the package to be shipped.
    So I'm wondering if there is a problem?

    Unless its an MVP product which is meant to ship in 24hrs, then there is no problem as the other say 7-10 business days.

    Now normally that means that MVP products should ship in 24 hours or less, but sometimes they take longer, even though DX gives it everything they have, to the point of exhaustion, to get those orders out in the shortest time possible. Over the last year or so, I myself have experienced a few cases of MVP items taking longer than 24 hours to ship. It was disappointing but it didn't kill me and now I'm stronger. 


    As far as non-MVP items, DX uses every last bit of energy they have, trying to get those items out as fast as humanly possible, just like the MVP items. And as I said about the MVP items, over the last year, I've had a few orders take longer than that to ship, but in the end, no real damage was done, and I suffered no emotional trauma from it. 


    My personal theory for the (sometimes) slower than normal shipping is that DX is short-handed at the moment, since even CS tickets are taking longer for replies, but I have no way to confirm that since I'm just a customer like you. 


    Anyway, best of luck with all your future shipments.

    This company, I think, is bankrupt. (Dx.com)

    The messages are not answered.

    Payment Your payment has been received, it's awaiting verification.

    I will apply for legal remedies. Maybe it will take time, but the permanent solution from this company "Dx.com" Legal way, official complaint will be effective.

    You do realise don't you, that this is a customer forum and DX don't work on weekends, so it's just us you're shouting at?

    It is considered rude to hijack someone else's thread but if you have a problem, open your own thread and we may be able to help you sort it out. You stand a much better chance of a satisfactory result if you rein in your anger.

    @11772511-ozgur, interesting theory, except that a lot of customers use paypal/credit cards and if there were suddenly a large amount of chargebacks or open disputes the accounts would be frozen rather quickly, Dealextreme has been around for over 10 years which for an online business is a really long time, to stay around for that long DX does look after it's customers, sometimes new customers don't understand how DX works, when they don't get their way they make a fuss, post bad comments, open disputes etc, is DX perfect? of course not, no business is, but they try to help

    If I wait for a few days and find out that the store is out of the contract and that the store clearly violates the related laws, I will definitely apply to the relevant authorities in writing and start the legal process. Yes the process can take a long time. By law, the law absolutely solves the problem over time. I, I will wait.
