First order disapeared from history, then ticket

    I ordered some stuff in the beginning of April, and got a mail that it was shipped.

    But nothing showed up in my mail box.

    When clicking the order in the order history, i only get a white page with the message

    "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

    So i submitted a ticket, and this was in state "Awaiting Staff" for about a week, then the ticket just

    disapeared from the list.

    So now, no stuff, no tickets, no luck, and no fun.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.

    It is a bit difficult to be specific. 

    The order is 180402146068452867, and the ticket is gone.

    Check your ticket again now- My Account → My Ticket.

    The IT crew may have been working on it yesterday because the
    whole “My Ticket” list had disappeared but I notice it is back
    again today.
