No reply to my ticket

    I've raised a ticket for incorrect item shipped for over a week with no replies, although DX claims they will respond within 48 hours.


    Case number:  180424001074596065


    The other issue is that the local number for Australia is disconnected and live chat doesn't work - there is no other way except to wait and HOPE that someone replies.


    I've been buying from DX for many years and this is the first time that something incorrect came in, this is very disappointing.

    I'm also a long time customer with many past orders, but currently the "support" IS HORRIBLE ... I have opened a RMA for almost 2 months!!! without resolution - Order: 170504001043215469 - CURRENTLY ALMOST 2 WEEKS OF IGNORANCE behind us ...


    "GREAT JOB" DX ... By this you are really forcing me not to be a customer here anymore ...

    The ticket that has been replied is:  Let me check with the warehouse first - a week ago.  Thats not a reply when they don't get back to you!


    I have been buying from dx for many years and this is pathetic!

    same here. I'll not comment "quality" of the reply as I'm not satisfied at all, but again a week of silence behind us. 


    What is happening here, I'm not calling support, but really BAD customer care!
