Made a ticket 12 days ago and no response

    I need help from someone at Dealextreme to start warranty claim on my Mi Max phone that I bought just short of a year ago. The phones battery is swelling and separating the screen from the rest of the phone and won't hold a charge. I started a ticket on May 18th and haven't heard from Dealextreme and I'm getting close to the 1 year mark of when I purchashed the phone so I really need someone to help me get the warranty process started with Mi Max. Could someone please review my ticket and help me?

    Ticket replies are taking a lot longer at the moment than usual due to DX relocating, but can you go into your account and double check that you have not had a reply as sometimes DX replies but don't send an email telling you they have.

    If you haven't had a reply, post back and I will contact staff for you.

    Thank you for your reply. I just checked my account and still no response from dealextreme. I would really appreciate it if you could contact them for me. I have checked dozens of times for their live chat and they are never available. I contacted Xiaomi directly and was told that only Dealextreme can start a warranty claim since I live in the US. Thank you for your help.

    Just following up. I uploaded the video showing the damaged phone the same day you asked for it which was last Friday morning but haven't heard back from anyone. I don't mean to be a pain but I haven't been able to use my phone for several weeks now.
