First time purchasing on DX

    I have to tell you this is the worst e-commerce service I have ever used in 20 years. Seriously I don't understand how a service based in HK can be so third-world terrible. I bought an item 9 days ago and the tracking number does not exist. Their ticket service doesn't respond, their live chat never is working and they don't answer their phones. What a 21st century technology company.


    They might as well be selling things out of the back of a car, same customer service.


    I bought a small item to test their service first, and I'm glad I did. Even if it gets lost it was worth knowing just how terrible this company is.


    If someone actually gives me some customer service I will gladly retract this post, but that probably won't happen.

    There seems to have been some changes at DX over the last few months, and they are relocating their offices at the moment, thats what is causing more issues than usual just now.


    Live Chat was good while it worked, but its not been on for a while now, not sure if it'll be back.


    Try "17track.net" for tracking, sometimes they take a while to show up, but it wont reach you any faster knowing where it is anyway.

    I can't track the package because they have given me a number that is not in the correct format for HK or CN post. If I could track it at least I'd know if it exists, as of now it's just lost. Thanks for the reply but again, there is no way to get help for two weeks now.
