What is up with my order?

    Hello, I ordered something from VolumeRate almost a month ago and still no update on my order, I paid through Paypal with a different email adress than DX/VolumeRate account. I filled a ticket on volumerate more than 15 days ago and i got zero response. What is going on? I am becoming impatient, but not so much because the order takes so long to ship, but because i get 0 response and 0 attention from you DX/VolumeRate staff. Please help me so we can sort this out peacefully.

    The account ordered from is the same as this one.

    That just confuses DX. Good luck.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Thank you, but why? I registered on paypal with my newer e-mail adress and since you can not change your email adress on DX/VolumeRate, I had no choice except to pay directly with card which i didn't want to.

    At one point DX seemed to match payments with orders according to email address - not really the most sensible way of doing it.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.
