The site sends JUNK MAIL and cannot unsubscribe

    Hello guys,

    I've received today an unsolicited piece of news (aka junk)  from DX.com <[email protected]>, saying "Electrical Tools Blowout Sale - Extra 7% OFF"
    Since I do not like to receive junk mail, I tried to unsubscribe from the "news", but then the site would say that I am not subscribed, so I cannot unsubscribe
    Anyone knows how to overcome or circumvent this bug?

    maybe this will work, first subscribe then wait for next email and try again to unsubcribe, otherwise you could try clearing all DX related browser cookies

    I don't get junk emails from DX, but today, like you, I got 2 emails.

    DX are probably updating something and change all the settings!

    I got that DX sale spam yesterday too. I am NOT subscribed to any of DX's email lists. So just like DX's other spam I reported it: http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1425698 

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    What's more, the spam email is advertising a Raspberry real time clock for $2.80 ("49% off") that I bought 23 months ago for $2.20. The present price I see on the site is $2.74 ("51% off") and in my shopping cart I see $2.66 ("3% off" - "Exclusive extra discount successfully takes effect!").


    Another DX sale which seems dodgy.
