The site sends JUNK MAIL and cannot unsubscribe

    it starts again after i order something from here

    I wonder if that would explain the four month gap between DX spam emails I mentioned above. Let's see... No, I don't have an order that corresponds with the post above on 12 October when I mentioned I'd had more DX spam. I did have an order 9 days before the 7 June spam I mentioned on page 1.

    I have the same problem, I can't unsubscribe. The message shown is "Sorry, you have not subscribed to DX Newsletter yet."


    Don't get me wrong, I like DX but I'd like to not receive ads in my pesonal e-mail.


    I already tried to subscribe again and unsubscribe but I keep getting e-mails from DX.


    I don't wan't to report to the email service DX as spam because if everyone do this, at some point this can hurt DX bussiness, so please fix this issue.

    Please remove my account from these emails also. I have the same problem. All of a sudden in the last few months I started to get emails. I haven't brought anything for a long time. I cannot unsubscribe as it says I'm not currently subscribed.

    Dear DX or any staff-in-charge,


    I get the same problem as all others are. Please UNSUBSCRIBE me from all mails. It is very very irritating that I get the flash sale email once every 24 hours. Your unsubscribe link does not work, your online chat does not work, etc.


    It has been ages I have since bought things from DX. In fact, if you can remove my account it would be better as I do not buy things from you anymore.


    Please fix it. Appreciate that.

    same thing here, I'm receiving spam emails without any subscription to any DX list and the unsubscribe link takes me to a 404 page. Fix this already
