No response since a month in my ticket

    I know DX had some issues because the New Year, but you sold me a phone that isn't working because It has a problem in the motherboard and i need you to replace It. I tryed to contact with you by Live Chat, by phone call, by ticket and with the multi-language forum (i'm spanish) and i simpli can't.


    I have a conversation in a ticket without any response since more than a month. O can post screenshots of the ticket, the vídeos i sent and what you want.


    I was going to put my ticket number here, but your web doesn't let me copy and paste, at least in my phone, you guys have to fix that too. I'll put the number later in a coment.

    and on top they are deleting this kind of topics from forum, because they are not responding to any ticket without escalation, I think!!!

    DX having been moving offices appartently, so that is causing a lot of disruption.

    I suggest if you want help, you open your OWN thread and stop posting in other peoples, its very rude.

    Doing what you're doing now and have done before is rude.

    If someone opens their OWN thread for an issue THEY need help with, the last thing they need is other people posting in THEIR thread asking for help too. Would you do the same if you went into a shop in the high street?


    Pablo is not opening this thread to ask other customers if they have the same issue, Pablo has opened the thread asking for help for his issue, not yours.

    The more people, like you, who think its okay to post in these types of thread and say "I have the same problem", means that the OP does not always get the help they need (I have seen it before) because staff feel they must help these other people too, so more rude customers start posting in other peoples threads,only thinking about themselves. How hard is it really to open your own thread?! 

    Try it now maybe!


    FYI, I am not staff, I am a customer too.

    Please don't reply to this post because of the reasons I have already stated.

    you probably misunderstand what is the purpose of "forum" ... TICKETS are for addresing personal requests, but they are being ignored so it needs to be said as many times, and by as many customers, as possible to protect other customers to get in the same situation ...


    but I'll not argue with you cause I'm done with DX, once I'll get my issue solved finally ... this was the last post here from me you don't need to reply

    Thank you Cyclist for your atention, using the English formun seems to be way faster. If you need more information about my ticket or issue i'll post it.


    If it's possible i would like to recibe the support in spanish, but only if they are going to speak it right. When i started my ticket the service wrote me in some... **** spanish close to being unreadable, 2 responses later they started talking english (and we didn't have any problem to understand us). If it isn't possile i don't have problems in recive the messages
    in english, but i'm going to send my messages in spanish because it's a serious thing and i don't want to do something wrong because of the language.


    And yes kravva, you can't post you problem in another person post AND USING CAPITAL LETTERS LIKE THAT!!!!! specting to recive support...


    I suggest you to make a post about your problem, talking with respect and explaining well what happened. It's true that what DX is doing isn't well done, there are lots of people with problems now, but you should understand that it isn't because a rip-off or fraud, it's because they are having problems with the New Year massive buying or moving the offices or whatever happened.
