Extreme Delay - ITS VERY BAD

    Dear All, 


    I have ordered Umidigi A1 Pro on 22-April-2018 and tomorrow its reaching 2 months and did not receive the item yet. After continues email vonversations, they are just replying with reason like weather condition, stricke or custome clearance. They dont help and they dont locate the items where is ti now. Just replying to close the ticket opened. 


    I live in Qatar no sticke no bad wather... 
    Any thoughts??

    You don't give enough information for anyone to help.

    What is your Order Number and what is the Shipment Date?

    What is the tracking status (including dates)?

    What do you mean by the word "sticke"?

    Have you checked with your local Post Office?

    What is the date and wording of the last reply you got from DX to your ticket?

    What do you mean by the word "sticke"?


    Probably "strike". Would a strike have to be in Qatar? Are the Chinese allowed to strike?

    I'd wather have good weather. (Got to make sure the a is there not in front of "good".)

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Hello @Afsal7

    Please wait for the package since the shipping date. It's very common to see packages not scanned by destination Post Offices while packages are still normally en-route and delivered. Please wait 1-2 weeks and see if it will arrive or not. Thanks.

    Dear, 

    Thanks for the reply. Just now i called Q Post and they informed that item despatched from the origin and did not arrive here. This is the same dialogue i am hearing from more than a month. 

    Any comments?
