Stuck in paymentproccesing

    Hello.

    My order is stuck at paymentproccesing.

    Dont want to cancel and re-order.

    Got mail about verification but could not send this.

    got another mail saying:

    Dear Customer,

     

    Your order has been reviewed by us and it will be shipped out as soon as possible.

     Sorry to tell you that the verification of your identity is failed.

     You will get the verification email again when you make the payment next time in DX.

     Please provide the information we required in the next verification email.

     Once all the information you provided are confirmed, the processing time of the order will be shortened


    What shall i do about this?
