Cannot contact DX staff ?

    I want to ask the DX staff some things before making an order. I
    have tried so many times to find a contact way or create new ticket but
    it seems impossible. I tried Firefox and Chrome but still nothing... Am I
    stupid or is something wrong ?

    If you have any questions, its usually better, quicker and easier to just ask on the forum.

    You have customers (like myself) that have many many years experience shopping on DX and if we cant answer your question, then we can PM a staff member to help.


    If its product related, then each product has its own forum towards the bottom of its page.

    cyclist thanks for your replay. Totally agree.... Yet I feel if its not even possible to contact the staff it feels kind of unsecure to order when you cannot contact anyone that is "responsible" so to say =)
    Never had these issues on {Removed, not allowed} ...

    Ah, the real reason for the thread comes out.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Sheepish: What do you mean with the real reason from the thread comes out ? All I want is to be able to contact someone if I order something like on all similar sites like DX.

    The ticket system > https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Index  < and the forum are the only ways to contact DX at the moment.


    The forums here were recently being spammed by someone with multiple user names, with post after post mentioning another site, which is not allowed. 


    I'm guessing that sheepish thought that you were the same spammer with a different name, or a different spammer. 


    Btw, click on Latest Posts to see if you have a private message. It will be just above all the threads in orange text. You can also check in your account, "Private Messages".

    gasbag11: That's actually why I asked from start. I cannot create a new ticket. Weird.

    Definitely a different spammer. That one you mention gasbag11 demonstrated a notable lack of intelligence or subtlety in his posts.

    I don’t know if others are experiencing the same, but for more than a month I have not received a single email notification that there has been a reply in any thread in which I have posted. That makes it hard to help someone if you don’t notice that they have responded.

    It may be paranoia, or maybe I am being punished for some critical comments recently. It is difficult to be honest, maintain credibility and NOT be critical of the lack of attention to things that could so easily be corrected. For instance, how can it be, that weeks after they were notified, SKU: 507398 is still being offered at $18.80! Surely they don’t have to wait for a complete system upgrade to to fix that!

    It is just as hard to believe that all means of communication, Error Report, Live Chat, Ticket system and now the forum are either on the way out or already broken, without any evidence of trying to fix them.
