tracking does not exist. fraud?

    Hi.

    I bought a product and they sent it to me on July 11th.

    then until today the tracking number does not exist.


    they sent me the article via Swiss Post, I contacted Swiss post and the day they answered me now, they told me that the tracking number does not even exist in their database.


    I contacted with dx support via ticket and they told me to wait 1 to 2 weeks.


    What I can do?

    wait longer?

    If I wait longer, spend 45 days of PayPal for buyer protection.


    So what do you recommend? The product was not sent and they gave me a fake tracking number.

    Never attribute to conspiracy that which can be adequately explained by incompetence. Before getting to Swiss Post your package has to go through Chinese Export customs. It may get turned back there for no better reason than because something else in the same mail bag looked like a battery or a knife, or like it contained liquid.

    Really? You ordered less than two weeks ago. Taking a few days longer will not push you over 45 days.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Paypal protection was changed a long time ago to 180 days from shipping date, enough even for 2 very long surface mail voyages by sea, if DX did surface mail which it does not offer

    Resistance is futile-give in to DX gadget craving!
