Help with order

    Hi, 

    I order phone and watch 20.07.2018. (SKU523493 and SKU520271), i have successful payment verification and get order processing. Day after payment verification i rememberd that i will have to pay huge fee (customs duty) in my country if dx put full price on package so i wrote a note where i asked dx to put discounted prise on package (i bought phone on discount) and day after that i get coustomer edit and order is processsing and couple days after that I get message that my items is out of stock. I come to formus and read some posts, you have lot of posts here, if I could find solution, but i still have to ask. I look on items pages and I see nowhere that it write that items are out stock. So why do I get that message? What should I do? When do I should expect my order? Thanks for help in  advance. Best regards. :)

    Hi,

    There is a "Note" about stock at the bottom of every page.

    It sometimes happens with popular items that a batch is sold out and then you just have to wait a bit longer for the next batch to arrive.


    If an item says Out Of Stock on the page, then that usually means that DX no longer sell it, instead, DX just say "Ships within 7-10 business days", that way, if they cant get it right away, then it still givs them plenty time to get it and ship it within the time frame. given, which in my experience, is quite acurate.

    Every item has its own forum at the bottom of its own page where you can ask any questions about it.


    Usually DX puts a much lower price on packages, but it can depend on where you live, as some counties know all about that, and request the full item price.

    I am new to DX , its my second order and I still learn about DX, and now you explain a lot to me. Thank You cyclist . I hope it will be resolved quickly. :)

    I'm glad I can say that an announcement has come to me saying that the order was sent. I expected that it would take several days to settle the order, but you immediately resolved it in a few hours, which is very impressive. I am very pleased and happy that this is a quick fix.
