Can't see my order

    I'll give it one last go.

    Why do you think its advertised to ship in 7-10 working days if DX has it in stock?

    DX have over 500000 items advertised for sale, do you really think they hold millions and millions of items in stock!

    DX do have items in stock in their own warehouse, those are the items that are advertised to ship in 24hrs, but the "Note" still applies to them too.


    I cant really see you waiting that long (the advertised time) before you check back/post again, you might be better just cancelling.

    DX is a good place to shop for most people but for someone like OP it just proves it's not for everyone, but can someone please explain why the heck this thread has almost 1500 views?!

    Resistance is futile-give in to DX gadget craving!

    You've not paid us, we're just customers (matrix & myself) trying to explain things. 

    DX staff have a "Staff" badge beside their name like Alisa has.


    I try not to get annoyed, but I just seemed to be repeating the same thing all the time, its entirely up to you whether you wait or ask for a refund.

    Fyi, most people get their orders in 2-4 weeks.

    Shopping at DX isn't a place for people who have no patience.
