Created a ticket 48 DAYS ago.

    Created a ticket 48 days ago but it marked "WaitForStaff"

    Belov is a cutout from the ticket  page.

    RequestDate: 2018/6/22

    Order Number: 180521001016372018

    Request Type: Items missing from the order after I received it.

    Status: WaitForStaff


    What to do? It seems they don't care or don't have time to process this.

    Sadly it seems, its possible for DX to miss repling to tickets sometimes.

    This has happened a few times before and DX said that the CS rep who had the ticket left DX, and it didn't get re-assigned to someone else.

    Also, (in case you didn't know) NEVER add ANYTHING to an existing ticket before getting a reply from DX. Doing so will send it to the back of the queue every time.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.
