Questions on returns from Australia

    Hi, I was looking through how warranty/returns work for people in Australia.


    Upon checking this link: http://www.dx.com/Page-Conditions#return-policy

    I noticed that there is this:

    Does that mean that if I need to return for example a phone broken 6 months into warranty, will I ship my phone back

    to that address? Or would I still have to ship it back to Hong Kong? Thanks.

    yes you can ship it back to the local address which saves on shipping, as usual you should follow the directions in ticket
