35 weeks without delivery, 5 weeks without reply

    I do not know how your system works but  my 180109001019840750 and 180504001086985304 order numbered issue has not been answered that's why I'm trying to use this way. In total, it has been finished for 8 months and my second order has been lost too. You should be aware that no one will be satisfied with this situation. I expect a definite solution without waiting for more from you. Have a great day.

    @Alisa-Deng eight months? DX really needs to do better. What is typical ticket response time at the moment?

    @Alisa-Deng, DX tells me my order was fully shipped 13 days ago and a
    tracking number has been provided, but so far, it doesn't show any
    updates and I can't track it. Since I find no way to open a ticket
    anymore, can you please check my order? It's order
    number 181113001034084317.
