No reply, no stock, no estimate

    Ordered. Paid. 'Some items temporarily out of stock' for the last two weeks. Still shows as available on the site.

    Raised a ticket to ask when it might be available and got a canned reponse saying that there are too many tickets for them to answer and providing a link to track my order. I know where my order is - it's not been placed. I need to know whether you are going to get stock or say that it's no longer available..
