Ticket Reply Delay Notice

    Due to system upgrade and tickets backlog, so we can't reply you in time.


    If you want to know the progress of the package, please refer to the following solutions:
    Packages worth less than $20:
    Typically, the airmail package may take 7~30 working days or even longer to deliver. If after 4 weeks from dispatch, if your order still has not arrived,please contact us again and we will follow up immediately.
    Packages worth higher than $20:
    We greatly encourage you to track your package online again after 7-10 working days by using the tracking number :

    For the sixth time (http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1483689 and http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1483897?paging=no), @Alisa-Deng what is the expected wait time on tickets?


    Why was a four month old thread deleted in the last two days, which showed DX was struggling with answering tickets back in May? Has DX had multiple system upgrades in the last four months?

    You are avoiding to provide even a minimal info regarding order status/delivery. The order  180905001046279761 is probably lost somwhere. Be aware of interantional law suite. And the matter of facts is not the money lost but to give you an appropriate lesson regarding contract law abiding and reputation matters if you have one..Gintaras

    I have ordered 3 items 3 months ago now, and have not received single product yet, They said it will take 4-6 weeks and its well over that period. Now they are not even replying to emails. It looks like fraud or scam company. Kindly help or respond or give my money back As I am loosing patience now.
