I made a ticket (ticket # 9FFBBFB593924AA3AFC3F67FDC22FD8B) about a phone I ordered in start of july. It was shipped back in july 9th and the last note in package delivery tracking system was on july 30th ("system - information"). I was told to wait for a week or two twice, then staff told me to reach out to shipping company + local post office + customs (our customs don't restore packages tho). I did all that, twice as well, and tried to get a response from staff about whether we're making any progress.
I haven't received any replies to my septembers questions; last one I got on october 30th. I'm still keeping calm with this, but it's a bit over 200€ phone that I've waited for almost 3 months now. Could someone continue replying to the ticket and actually do something about trying to solve where the package got lost on the way? All I know is that the shipping company never replied my request to track the missing package (contacted them right after receiving info from dx), my country's post office claimed they have no incoming packages for me and customs just told me to be in touch with the shipping company (because they don't store packages, just let them pass or make them wait).

Please tell me what is the status of this order 180916001057867328. It says it has been shipped but the tracking number CEU180920AECU000064 does not comply with any tracking system and can not be tracked. The order says that it was shipped 6 days ago.

I was informed by my postal service in sweden Postnord that there was a fault in their system this summer and i didnt get a notification. Please send it again and Postnord said u will contact them for the screwup...
