    Are you guys geting answered? Because i left messages here and in another forum thread and the customer service keeps ignoring me... And they have to give me 105€ of a defective phone.

    Tengo un problema y es que nesecito que me digan el numero de seguimiento del siguiente pedido: 


        Ya que me dijeron ustedes en facebook que me lo darian, lo que pasa es que lo nesecito para la empresa postal de mi pais me lo esta pidiendo para darme el pedio, y yebo unas semanas y no me han respondido mi ticket, otra cosa compre un movil, esta semana y no lo han enviado, ni procesado el pago, que pasa?

    Por favor ayuda.

    Yo hice un pedido 180614001043328641 en junio y no me ha llegado, el numero de seguimiento TYPQZOO00125558

     Dice que esta extraviado y llevan desde el  26 de septiembre sin contestar al ticket  que esta estudiando mi problema. 

    Creo que voy a perder los 67 dolares del pedido . para recomendarlo vamos.

    Debes ponerte en contacto con ellos al parecer ya estan revisando los ticket te sugiero eliminar el mensaje que le enviaste y volver a responderles.

    Hi all,

    I am waiting for staff reply already more than 1 month. I have several times repeated the question concerning the status - no reply. Chat is not available, no answer on telephone.... Is DX going to close the bussiness or what ???

    This DX is involve in cheating business. They are not replying my ticket/phone or live chart. Last 22 days I have not receivd my orders.

    It's now 2 month now.

    Hi @miki68

    Never keep repling to your ticket because stupidly, every time you reply to your ticket if DX hasn't answered, then you go to the back of the queue again!

    There has been holidays in China and DX are having staffing issues, and along with DX now trying to launch a new site, everything happening together has just been more than DX can handle, they're not usually this bad.

    Hopefully they'll be back on track shortly!
