Ticket Reply Delay Notice

    My ticket number is 828D744D63E248608D30E5EC9827C593

    Order number is 180727001090619669

    This order was placed on July 27th. Last tracking scan was on august 9th at USA customs.

    It's now over 2 months since it was last scanned.

    I've asked postmaster to help and they tell me now that the package was either returned to the sender or destroyed depending on options selected by the shipper.

    I'm a regular customer of DX who orders a couple time a month for the past 10 years and never has it taken this long. This an obsurd amount of time to get this taken care of, you should be embarassed that you can't issue a simple credit to a good customer after more than 2 months without delivery.

    What the hell is the Customer service in this store ?

    I'm unable to get a single reply of my ticket B0815451D3714F13AD0A37D716D65C32 open a month ago.

    Would someone tell me how long my ticket will be answered ?

    Need the material and I'm unable to purchase elsewhere, just because no one take 5mn to answer for a refund or a resend.

    In addition, the live chat simlpy does not work. It is never available no matter the time in HK.

    Can also anyone tell me how can I get in contact with this store ? Is there a mail service as we have in Banggood ?

    This store still has a lot to lean before doing market worldwide. 1st and last time.

    Simply incredible...

    Order 180826001035682170, shipped at 2018/08/29, tracking number ETSSD2018001802YQ: all tracking sites says there is no such tracking number.

    Still no reply on my ticket DC85C95C5ADC4298807EC154CE3DD980 from 2018/10/12.

    My order is from the 12 July 2018 and today is 31 october 2018. I have not received the order and opened a ticket. How many month is expected before i get a respond on my ticket?

    hello, anybody working on customer service on this site?

    please answer my ticket #913AA03E2DD54026BC937B1974B9B2D2  for command number #180927001071632335.

    you ask for a video but is too big to send by email. I used wetransfer service but you didn't download it.

    It is a long delay just to give me an RMA for return.... the ticket is just in waiting for staff state.

    My ticket for order 180819001026983121 has been open since 2018/9/27 - There has been ZERO response.

    My order was made 21/08/2018 - I never got my items.

    This is theft, I want a reply on a ticket, I want my order (NOW) or I want my money back, instantly!
