Ticket Reply Delay Notice

    No response for my ticket forOrder: #180919001061307259 as well :-(

    I am going to wait another week and organize refund via PayPal Buyer Protection. They will have legal powers over skum online stores like this one

    Second time I am posting on the forum about same thing over, same issue as Praseto. No replies again on a ticket that's been on process for over 3 months. Probably doing the same thing soon and try to solve this via PayPal

    I have order my cell phone at august/13/2018 throught today never received the good.

    any time i call the service number no answer , open the ticket no answer.

    they have already taked my money .

    the good have lost on the way from they forwarder poste office

    I just want DX refund my money but no answer.

    it's really there poeple is not correct

    I sent back a defective item.

    The last reply was on 30-09-2018.

    Since then there is no answer.


    Is it a joke?

    I think this is a scam site now. They finally responded to my ticket after I posted here, but then claim my orders HAVE been delivered. Why would I spend weeks trying to make contact for orders I had recived??


    The value is under $20, I already purchased the items I needed elswhere.

    DX.com are scammers, and not they are accusing ME of being a scammer. This needs some press at this point in time.
