I waited for ages, ask for a refund, no more reply

    Hello,


    02-07-2018 i bought a phone (Umidigi S2 PRO). The order: 180702001063842383

    04-07-2018 latest status update to ‘all items have been schipped’. After a good month i contacted DX. Their response was as follows:

    2018-07-10 19:45 InTransit, Processing in CK1 facility on 2018-07-10 19:45

    The final delivery was delayed , can you please contact with Asendia tpo expedite delivery

    As you can see if i use this tracking code the latest status update is:

    10-07-2018 ‘InTransit, Processing in CK1 facility'

    So i did as they asked, i contacted Asendia. Their response was as follows:

    After getting back to DX this is their responce (note that this is already 16-08-2018):

    According to further check , this package is under custom inspection . So whole delivery were delayed , would you please wait 2 more weeks to see whether it delivery ?

    So i did wait another 2 weeks and then i figured i waited long enough. 29-08-2018 i asked for a refund. No reply since then.

    As for today, 08-09-2018, it has been 68 days ago! that i ordered a phone. I still do not have my package. or a refund. Please help me get at least a refund..

    so if i understand correctly you are telling us we just need to wait longer (because dx has an upgrade in their ticket system)? Even tough we waited for so long already? Correct me if i'm wrong :)

Please kindly note. You are encouraged to contact the card issuing bank to find out if the credit refund has been affected.

    We did not pay by creditcard. So how exactly are you refunding to my credit card? We used ideal. We still have no refund... is there anyone actually willing to help? I dont think transfering money should take months...
