  • cyclist Moderator Sunday, September 09, 2018 10:47 PM Reply

Is it just me, or is the use Store Credit button missing from the checkout?

Gift Card and Coupon are still there though.

I confirm it's missing (and I have Store Credit which could be used).

    Same for me.

That makes sense. Fixing the missing user photos caused this problem.

Why does it seem like DX doesn't have quite enough "fixes" to go around? Sorta like that old saying; "Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul".

From what I've seen it looks like DX's IT dept is another company which they need to pay for each and every change, even if the change is fixing something the IT dept broke while fixing something else.

    Heheh.

Apparently I've gotten so used to the "DX way" of doing things that your explanation seems so logical that I shouldn't have needed to ask.

It explains why we used to get told that something simple which had just been broken was not going to get fixed.

hmm, maybe we can call that the DX Paradox, i.e the simpler the problem is, the less likely it will be fixed

Resistance is futile-give in to DX gadget craving!
