ITEM NOT RECIEVED, NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND PROVID

    Item not received and it's been weeks, they don't reply to tickets and the live chat is never available. Save your money and buy from somewhere else, go online a look for genuine reviews of this website/company you van post any negative reviews on this site they all get unapproved. My phone was never received and I wasn't provided with a refund or a replacement, run while you can I don't want what happen to me to happen to you.

    How many weeks? What is the shipment date in your account? What does the tracking show?


    Orders often take a month or longer to arrive. If an order is lost, DX will have the postal systems trace it, but it takes time. If it's lost they will refund/resend it. 


    Btw, don't add anything to your ticket before DX replies or it will go to the back of the queue every time you do. And Live Chat is closed now. At least temporarily.

    Here is my ticket number. I've been emailing them for weeks, all they do is make up excuses as to why they can't send a replacement. 4F65EDEA7DB84B1C9C613CF5667576C1

    What is your order number and what date exactly did your order get shipped?

    Do you have a tracking number?

    This is my tacking number, it was shipped out on August 21st, they than gave me a second tracking number which is the one I will be providing and this one hasn't updated since the 24th of august. They won't help me in any way and I'm really fustrated. Why does the website say 7-10 day shipping if it's not true. LP506104427MY

    Okay, thats why they're telling you to wait.

    Ships in 7-10 business days mean that is how long DX expect it to take for them to package up/order your item and give it to the postal service not how long its going to take to get it in your hands. From then, it can take several weeks to arrive depending on what the postal services are like along the way.

    I want a replacement sent to me via the fastest method. Can you please get them to do that for me? The tracking has been stuck at the same place for the last 19 days!

    Im just a customer like you, but I can tell you, DX will not send a replaccement until they're sure the original package has been lost.

    It is annoying, we've all been there, but for some reason, sometimes packages take a lot longer than they should, but 95% of the time, they do arrive.

    As gasbag said, packages can take a month or more to arrive, so all you can do just now is try and wait patiently.

    If you haven't got it by the end of the month, then DX should look into trying to find out where it is by contacting the carrier.

    Yes but it's confusing. On the website it literally says 7-10 business day delivery not 5 month delivery. Thats why I chose this website over other ones. I am at the point were I have no patience so I've already contacted my bank and will get my money back in no time .

    I agree that DX's site can sometimes be confusing, but "Dispatch: Ships within 7-10 business days" clearly says to me that it will ship within that time and does not mean it arrives within that time.


    Nobody said 5 months, usually its 2-4 weeks, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer. Blame the postal services, as there is not much DX can do after they give the package to them.
