    Problem: Request lost (stolen) since 21/01/2019 (3 months only of loss). Contact made with the local post office for more than 3 months as well. I would like to receive the refund of my money, it is 6 months without receiving my product.

    order 190311100143223611 completly ignored????  i need to know if i will receive this order or not... if not i will try to cancel this in my credit card company , delete all references about your company and never buy again with a so unresponsible company... first the company kill my account with 5 years old and i was obrigated to make a new account... now this... whats happens in DX?

    Due to that recent changes in Brazil mail service, the items I ordered has been returned to DX by the Brazilian mail service.

    I was not aware of the new procedure of the brazilian mail service.


    How can I ask DX to ship again this same order, or make a refund ?
