    I would like request a refund from the order 190309100152347867.


    The package was lost, according to post office

    You need to open an issue there and request the money back.


    I paid and not received my product.  It's fair refund my money back.

    I've never had this problem at Aliexpress or Alibaba.

    o pay this transaction in my local post.

    I'm beginning to lose my patience for such disrespect! My product already bought it long ago, in the store still shows products available for purchase and my purchase I did is locked saying that it does not have in stock? 

    I asked a question about how works the options 1 and 2 that she provided me and disappeared...

    They just shipped my product now without considering my case or situation one month later to ship my product without remembering a faster option because of the problem.
