Description/Dimensions don't make sense!

  • IAmShae Friday, September 14, 2018 12:16 AM Reply

I can not understand the size of this product.

    ----Size----

    Assembled Product Dimensions (L x W x H):3.25 x 5.00 x 6.00 Inches

    Dimensions
    Cup/Mug Height - Top to Bottom: 4.75"
    Cup/Mug Width - Side to Side: 3.25"
    Cup/Mug Depth - Front to Back: 4"

    Package Size: 25cm x 15cm x 5cm (9.84in x 5.91in x 1.97in)

    Why are they all different?

If the smallest part of this item is 3.25" then how can the packaging have a dimension that is only 1.97in ??

    ----Capacity----

    Size:Less than 150ml

    Capacity: 11 oz

What are we supposed to believe?

It's just DX being typical DX at the moment. DX doesn't seem to care any more about providing accurate information. For example, a large 12 LED torch, sku.601710, is listed as a 2cm cube.

DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
by the person who wrote the review.

Because this is DX and their motto is; "Don't bother to check specs unless/until a customer points out they're nonsense".

Those are "DX inches". More "elastic" than the rest of the world's.

Apparently that DX isn't very concerned about the accuracy of their specs.

If you want to ask a staff member for correct dimensions, just put an @ directly in front of Alisa-Deng (no spaces, exact same spelling) to send her a personal message. Like this > @Xxxxx-Xxxx

ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its
page. Scroll down and click on "Post a new topic".

And then DX's response will be "We checked with the suppliar and they said it is correct and that you can't know if you don't buy it." (Or words to that effect.)
