[URGENT] Refund needed, got the wrong items

    I got the wrong items, I'm very pissed off right now and I urge you to give me my money back! 

    This is disrespectful. It is the last straw! I waited for three months only to get such poor quality items. I strongly urge you to take action to make things up...

    And I was EXPECTING the following items:

    As you can see, the received items are WRONG and have horrible quality (probably worth 1$ each!!).


    I really don't think I want them to be re-shipped, I just want a REFUND since the waiting period is so long and stressful.

    I already contacted them, but they stopped responding as soon as I said refund. They don't even answer the phone lines.

    Yes, my ticket has been replied, but I'm still waiting for a concise solution, how much more should I wait?

    the person answering the ticket suggested "SEVERAL DAYS" to get another answer, really? that's how you guys keep a customer that's been buying at DX for years?


    I just want a refund, because I received a package worth less than 3 dollars instead of what I bought. That's it.
