mvp product did'nt shipped after one day

    hello.

    i have ordered an MVP product and it has'nt been shipped after one day. i know that it is not going to arrive after one day , but the product even has'nt been shipped after 6 days , while other MVP products have shipped fater 1 day. why it is like that?

    Sometimes DX does not have the stock it thinks it does, or maybe a number of people order the same item at the same time and end up buying all the stock. Mostly MVP items do ship within 24 hours.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    So why is the product is still an MVP product for a week if it is out of stock? i dont think this is the case

    Why are tickets taking two weeks to get a response? Why are DX staff ignoring direct questions?
