Defective Amazfit Stratos no reply after video

    I was in contact with the service team but suddenly I stop getting replies. It is about a faulty Amazfit Stratos. I sent a video where I demonstrated the issue and since I got no reply (20+ days).

    We are now weeks after I asked for a reply again on my ticket, and still haven't heard back anything..... Can someone please act, and come up with a resolution for my issue? The Amazfit Stratos has been lying around here for over 2 months now while i only used it for little less than 3 weeks.
