Waiting for shipment AKA waiti for stuff in ticket

    11.9.2018 I made order and successfuly paid with card. Order was processed, moved for packing and now sitting there. No one responding to ticket, no one respondeling to FB chat, online chat unreachable. Pls can someone help? Order# 180911001052432894

    That would be acceptable if package was sent! I have no tracking # available bcs my package sitting in Stock. I would wait for weeks if my headphones will be traveling around the world, but no I was not dispatched if it was in stock and paid.

    Hi! I have the exact same problem. When trying to create a ticket I get an error that reads "Order number is incorrect!".

    My order number is 180914001056450437. Ive already paid for it the 9/15/2018. 

    There is something wrong, or is it normal?
