Need dx to follow up the ticket for refund

    I had purchased a Xiaomi 64GB PAD 4 LTE and received a regular version without LTE instead.  Opened a RMA ticket from customer service.  Going back and forth for a month, The customer servcie name Berence verfied they shipped out the wrong item and told me to ship it back to H.K address below for a refund.

    ATTN :EPRO E-Commerce Limited or DEALEXTREME

    Order number 180703001064917283

    Now the item was delivered and its sitting in H.K now but no body follow up with my case.  The email address for the customer service is nolonger vaild "[email protected]".   The phone number listed in dx.com (+86) 02360339897 and 852.2632.5938, nobody picking the phone.  I just want my refund back or exchange for the correct item.   Is this a scam store?

    A few days ago, it was China’s Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. We were all on vacation and now we have resumed our work. Alisa will continue to serve you.She has already replied to you Tiket.
