Order is being prepared for Shipment.

    I ordered 180918001060617231 week ago and still not shipped out? stuck in "Order is being prepared for Shipment." for days now. I have created ticket 09511168E2E9485A98607C577855A4D4 and
    waiting for response. I've been reading lately that many people has
    same kind of problems.. is it out or stock or what? I'm just worried and
    would want to get informed if it's out of stock.. waiting for reply from staff :/

    This is why there is a huge backlog of tickets, yours is not needed.

    Does the item say it will ship within 7-10 business days? You have waited 5 so far, you just need a it of patience.

    Alright, I'll be in touch later if it won't change. I was just worried because it's my first order and just heard some bad experiences lately here what comes to stocks etc.

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused due to late shipments. Because the SKU you ordered will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, it may takes 7-14 days for the shippment.

    It's been now over 2 weeks since I ordered my product and waiting for answer via this forum/ticket about cancelling the order which is still in prepare for shipment.. Would someone from the staff reply my cancel request, I'd appreciate that a lot.
