"Lock order for generating shipments"

    I have one order for over a week showing "locked order for generating shipments" as the status update. If I click ther order number I get "One or more of your items are temporarily out of stock."


    The order is 180915001056801151


    ...shipped via NOCNOC (duties pre-paid) to Argentina.


    When I try to open a ticket about the order delay  using the link:

    https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Delay


    I enter the order number and get

    "Order number is incorrect!". This is impossible since I'm doing copy and paste from the same dx.com "My orders" page...


    This is very unpleasant. My order is in limbo and I cannot open a ticket about it... it seems like a web site bug. It cannot tell me an order # is invalid if it's the same site that is showing me its number.


    I need help with this issue.

    it seems like a web site bug.


    It is! One of many that DX doesn't seem to be in any hurry to fix.

    I should probably get to know this one.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.
