Ticket service - waiting 2 MONTHS for a solution!!

    Fault discovered with the mobile a few days after receiving it back in July and ticket was raised:


    Sent a video showing fault, as requested, and no response from DX. Since then another fault has developed & the mobile will not switch on. Requested a replacement with the 90 day free defective replacement warranty.

    No repoonse!!!!!

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    You replied with a suggestions to resolve the fault which did not fix the problem. I am still waiting for a reply on how to replace/refund the item. 

    The aftersales service is incredibly poor.
