Ticket Service No response in 10 days

    I have sent the videos of this faulty Smartwatch but have yet to have a response.

    Please update as soon as possible as the watch is almost unusable. (cost over $100)

    Customers have been complaining since May of extremely long response times. This month customers have reported tickets can take two weeks to a month be answered, but DX is refusing to answer direct questions about how long we can expect it to take to respond.
