Ticketing Unresponsive

    Bought a phone with dx.com. Great deal. Should have known too good to be true. Although it was in stock and I paid with card the package was delivered 30 days later. PACKAGE WAS EMPTY. Some low life thief cut it open and removed the phone. The package was a padded envelope with a label stating "contents - android phone". No wonder. My issue is IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I REPORTED THIS - NO RESPONSE! Short of canceling everything and finding a new place to buy, I don't know what to do. Any Advice?

    At the moment DX is taking a very long time to sort out problems.
    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    If you add anything at all to the ticket before DX replies, it will go to the back of the queue every time. 

    ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its

    I'll give it till Friday. After that I need to cut the cord by canceling the order (I'll disput the charges if needed with my credit card company) and go buy elsewhere. After all, I was buying a phone for a reason. My current workhorse - Galaxy S5 Edge is really showing it's age and I need a phone before it finally stops altogether.

    No. My last entry in the ticket has NOT been replied to. Telling me to go to the post office and file a claim with them is not good customer service. Especially since the United States Post Office (USPS) will not allow me to file a claim since I did not send the package. I did report receiving it empty and they pointed out that they received it empty and sent me the the empty package.

    I hold DX.COM responsible to either send me a phone or refund my money. I am still waiting for them to respond.

    DX.COM should file a claim with their carrier since they sent the phone. USPS will not process a claim for something I didn't send.

    Same in most countries, I believe. And I've told DX the same thing several times over the years. Regardless, DX really should know that.

    I purchased the product on 9/1/2018. Order number 180831001041487464. The product was stolen from the package. Post office says only the sender can open a case for stolen item. They marked the package as EMPTY and delivered the empty package to me. It is my position that DX has yet to deliver the product to me. I am doing my best to be patient. Now I have gone to look at my trouble ticket and all my trouble ticket history has been erased. Why is this so?
