Ulefone Armor 2 Problems and Nobody Responce!

    Hi,

    I bought an Ulefone Armor 2, 5 weeks ago from DX. It worked
    for less than 2 weeks, then it starts restarting and freezing, at
    first, it happened few times a day, but now it restarting it self 5-6 times to work maybe for 5 minutes or less!!!
    I asked for the support, but they just suggest me to do a reset
    factory! I did that too, nothing changed! Still this ridicules phone
    is restarting itself even when I am not touching it!
    Any suggestion to return this out of order phone?

    Yes, I have sent a ticket, the staff said to do a reset factory and wait for another one week! Now one week past, reset factory is done, but still this phone not working! The worst part of it is that no one answering me and I am not receiving any feedback from the STAFF!!!
    I really need my phone!

    ok, copy the ticket number, then close the ticket(you can not have two open tickets with one order) open a new ticket, say that you followed the staff member directions in last ticket and put the number of old ticket in new ticket, you should have a solution now

    Wait a moment, why should Marjan.F close the ticket? That will just move the new ticket to the back of the queue.

    well, the current ticket has not had a reply, but updating your ticket puts it to the back of queue anyway, so open a new ticket with the statement that you followed staff advice and it did not work, staff probably have a checklist of things to make customers jump through first before fixing/replacing items, i.e check on forum, do a factory reset, recharge phone fully 3 or 4 times, try different charger etc sometimes staff treat you like a child, much like a well known brand that starts with A, ohhh, look at all the pretty colors this comes in....

    So... based on your replays the best way is to close my current
    ticket.... I hope that, completely turning off the phone won't be their
    next suggestion, because I am sure that it works.

    I still have that out-of-order phone! after reset factory and flashing it with computer!

    Is
    there any other way than sending tickets? like an email? I really
    really need phone! and this one just restarting itself! My tickets are
    answering every 7 days (and comes with suggestion to reset factory and flash)!!! Is it really the best they can support
    costumers? I am tired of their playing after more than 20 days!

    I'll try and get staff to help, but it seems DX are swamped at the moment, thats why replies are taking so long.
