Defective product received, Dx.com is not replying

    Hi,

    My service request id is as given below.

       D6CD97CE70A14EC0B03A03BAE56EF59E


    I received defective product, I lodged a request for refund or relacement.

    Got reply from Dx.com on 18-sep-2018 stating they have sent my videos /images to supplier and asked to wait 1 week  to get feedback.

    It have been almost 2 weeks , but I couldn't get any reply from dx.com.

    Dx.com Please reply on my issue as soon as possible.

    DX is doing a lot of that these days.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Hi @Alisa-Deng,


    Still I am not satisfy with answer which you provided, from day 1 since I received product, I am asking for refund for my defective product. Even I am also happy with replacement instead of refund. But you guys are delaying my issue, inspite of giving any positive reply, you are convencing me to keep defective product with me.

    Please look into my issue on priority and provide best possible solution.

    Looking for positive response from your side.

    After receiving a DOA drone, I've made a ticket on the day the post deliverd this Doa Bugs 5w drone.

    After long waiting periode, I received the below answer.

    I've created a video where you can see the doa.

    After that I got no response anymore.


    Could you please dive into my ticket and come with a descent solution. 

    I would suggest...or money back or send a working Bugs 5w drone because my kid still is looking formward to a working\flying birthday present..
