Two orders stuck in "Payment Processing"

    Order no. 181001001076401499. My order has been stuck in status "Processing payment" for some days now. Payment (through Paypal) has been debited from my bank account, so the funds have been transferred to DX. Paypal also confirms this. The order says "Payment verified" a few steps before as well.


    A newer order, 181003001078731255, is also in this state.


    Please check what is happening. I have never had this issue before through many years of shopping on DX.

    I placed an order on the second of October and am in the exact situation, paid through Paypal, had funds removed from account... the order is stuck at payment processing. This is also my 1st time with an issue with DX.

    I have a feeling its due to the holiday in china. I bought something on the 3rd and its still in payment processing on the 7th. So im not happy to say the least

    181003001078731255 Status has been updated for ShipmentProcessing, is "picking"

    This sounds about right.

    From what I've read, it takes 7 to 10 working days before the item will be ready.
