No response on Ticket

    DealXtreme is not providing the customer support I'm used too.


    Received a DOA powerbank. They ask for an email with a video of the problem.

    They provide me with an emailadress with a FULL inbox.


    As from then no reply and no solution. Has been two weeks!!

    That definitely sounds like DX.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    I replied that I’m not willing to wait another week.

    Please come up with a solution instead of stalling.


    The problem I have is mentioned in the user manual; so it makes no sense waiting.

    Just replace the item!

    to whom it may concern i v had same issue with dx extreme very disapointed in the way customer service

    handle issues intead of refunding or giving you a credit they stall you with demands such as doing a video of the problem

    unbelievable i rarely order from this company and i can guarantee you this kind of customer service will bring it to none nada no

    more asta la vista lol
