ticket bug

    i received one product with problem, so a talked with you and you replied me, telling me that i should record one video showing my problem, send in a email account, and warn you that i send in a ticket, but when i try to enter in this ticket i received this message "

    FormKey Or Customer Email Is Not Incorrect" i check here and the Ticker number and my email it's ok, can you solve this??

    The same thing happened to my own ticket (that I've made earlier today)

    Honestly, I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if it was purposely deleted (but I'm leaning more towards the second option)

    this is really suspicious, because the message says "Formkey or email IS NOT INCORRECT" , if it's not incorrect why this don't work??? Really strange

    Things like this always happen when DX start upgrading/changing the site, people couldn't post for the last few days because of a bug!!

    Problem is, DX has been upgrading for a while now and there is always something getting broken.

    That implies you have to enter something incorrect for it to work. It's similar to the forum bug which wouldn't let people post because they hadn't set their nickname. I actually set it eleven and a half years ago and I cannot change it.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    The tickets are back. Has this bug been fixed too?
