Can't find the total amount in USD of my order.

    Hi everyone!.


    Hope you can help me. Here is my situation:

    I've placed an order (180722001085243616) that has already arrived to my country (Argentina). Customs in my country retains the product until we fill a form. declaring the goods we are importing. For that, I need to provide the amount of the product, in USD dollars, but as I payed in my local currency (ARS), I can't seem to find the total amount in USD for the products at that time.

    Is there any option that i'm missing to check that information?

    I've also placed a ticket (60CAE8D5FE1B4E599DDE615858897FEE), but as i'm in a hurry to get it until it is returned to destination in a couple of weeks.

    Its showing as $88.93 for me now, does that help?

    DX usually only charge in USD, so it should show you in your DX account or in your Paypal/CC account before the conversion to your local currency.

    Im sure DX can give you an invoice, but who knows how long that could take!

    I checked, and the payment was issued to my CC in ARS, not conversion on the CC side. The DX invoice also is in ARS. As for the current price of the product, I see now that it costs 91.99USD, that's strange...

    Nevertheless I would like to know how much did I pay at that time / what DX declared when they send it, given that the product could have varied its price and in case they've declared a value for the product i need to match it in my customs form.

    The reason for the price difference between what cyclist sees on the product page (US$88.93) and what you see (US$91.93) is that the so called "free" shipping is not free. DX charge different prices for the same article, depending on which country is the destination.

    You can check that by going to the top line of the product page and after where it says "free shipping to-" you will (in your case) see a small Argentina flag. Click on it and  in the drop down menu, scroll down to United Kingdom- (cyclist's home country). click on "save" and the price will change to $88.93.

    Unless the currency exchange rate betweem ARS and US$ has fluctuated a great deal between the time you made the purchase and now, your Customs Department should be satisfied if you simply convert the ammount debited to your CC to US$ using a foreign exchange site such as : https://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/.
