Order not received

    On September 16,2018 I ordered two lotus sink bath mats. My credit card was charged and it has been over 20 business days and I have not received my merchandise. In addition when I placed the order I never received a order number so I cannot open a support ticket. 


    Can someone contact me at mill*******net so we can get this resolved

    The sku on the item is 530795
    I ordered 2 of them on September 16, 2018
    My Capital One credit card was charged on September 17, 2018

    Thanks for your support. After check, we found there is on order meet your condition, the order number is 180916001058319466, it is in another account (m****************.net),please login your account and check the order detail.
