So, someone just used my SC to make an order!

    That's a first for me.

    Some actually used my Store Credit to place an order in my account!

    My computer seems quite secure, so is it DX that has been hacked?

    How did they manage to use store credit when I have to go through the process of contacting staff to use it in my order?


    I would suggest everyone have a look at their recent orders just to check if the sneaky bugger has done the same!

    Oh, I should add, when I cancelled, I got an email to my email address saying its been cancelled but I did not get an email when the order was made!

    Update, they made two orders totalling over $40!

    I didn't notice the other one due to the surprise of the first one, unfortunately, the second in preparing to ship after only 13hrs :/

    That is incredible. Did they target you because you have a lot of store credit?


    I did not get an email when the order was made!


    Is that related to us often not getting an email notification for forum posts?

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.
