    It's now almost 2 months since I bought this item, I instructed the hotel to reject the package. Please give me a Refund

    I feel very disappointed, DX solved the payment issues within minutes or hours, but the delivery issues are taking weeks to be replied

    Every DX order # contains the date the order was placed. 


    Now don't you feel a little silly for fibbing about how long you've been waiting?   :)

    No good news here. 


    I'm just a customer like you and I can't do anything. 


    All I can say is don't add ANYTHING to your ticket before DX replies or will go to the back of the queue and you'll wait longer.
